What counts as handyman work?
Handyman work covers a wide range of general property repairs and maintenance — gutters, carpentry, deck repairs, window caulking, drywall patching, door adjustments, and more. If it's a repair, maintenance task, or small improvement that doesn't require a licensed trade specialist, there's a good chance we handle it. When in doubt, just call and describe what you need.
Do you charge a service call fee?
We don't charge a separate service call fee for estimates. We'll come out, assess what needs to be done, and give you a straight quote. For small jobs where labor is the primary cost, we charge a fair hourly rate with no hidden markups or trip fees tacked on at the end.
How fast can you come out?
Scheduling depends on our current workload and the urgency of the job. For routine maintenance and repairs, we typically schedule within a week or two. For urgent issues — like an active leak or something affecting safety — we prioritize and respond as quickly as possible. Contact us and we'll give you an honest timeline.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. We don't have a minimum job size, and we're not too busy for small repairs. A clogged gutter, a sticking door, a couple of deck boards that need replacing — these are exactly the kinds of things we're set up to handle quickly and affordably. Small jobs done right save bigger headaches later.
